Shipping And Returns
Shipment
All shipments are made only within Australia.
Shipments will be made with Australia Post Express Post at a cost of 15 Australian dollars. Your perfume will arrive within 1-5 business days after shipment.
After receiving your items, please inspect the quantity and condition of your order. If any issues arise during shipping, please notify us via email at info@lorisperfume.com.au within 14 business days.
Ensuring the correct shipping address and having someone available to receive the delivery, if possible, will expedite and secure the delivery process. The recipient will be responsible for any additional charges incurred due to an incorrect shipping address. However, we do not ship to PO Boxes or virtual addresses; shipments are only made to residential and business addresses.
Defective Items
Before shipments are made, we will conduct necessary checks to provide you with the best service possible. Nevertheless, if you receive any defective items, please note that complaints must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please remember that disliking a perfume does not qualify as a defective item, and therefore, it cannot be considered for repair or replacement. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. We recommend selecting perfumes you have previously experienced.
Return Request
Our recommendation as Loris Parfum Australia is for you to order perfumes that you have previously experienced from us. Due to change of mind, product exchanges or refunds will not be accepted. Only defective products resulting from manufacturing will be eligible for exchange.
If your order sustains damage or becomes lost in transit, please inform us at info@lorisperfume.com.au to initiate your return process in 14 days . Subsequently, we will assess your return request and provide you with a return authorization approval and an address for returning the product to us.
