Returns & Refund Policy (Australia)

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please note: Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.


Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong product

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind Returns

For change of mind returns, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned within 30 days
  • With proof of purchase

Return postage costs for change of mind returns are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used perfumes, cosmetics, personal care, or beauty products, unless the item is faulty.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance / final sale items (unless faulty)
  • Custom or personalised items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
